FIS Ski World Cup 2026<\/h2><\/h1><\/div>

From January 16 to 18, 2026, Wengen in the Bernese Oberland once again became the center of international alpine skiing. The traditional mountain village hosted the FIS Ski World Cup Wengen, providing the stage for the legendary Lauberhorn Races \u2013 one of the most prestigious events in alpine ski racing.<\/p>\n

The race weekend kicked off on Friday with the Super-G, demanding maximum precision and courage from the athletes. On Saturday, the sporting highlight followed with the famous Lauberhorn Downhill, the longest downhill race on the World Cup circuit. The weekend concluded on Sunday with the Slalom, a highly technical race contested at the highest level. In addition to the tens of thousands of spectators on site, fans watching from home did not miss out on the action. All races were broadcast live on SRF, bringing the excitement of the Lauberhorn Races directly into living rooms. Using the Scorpio 37 camera crane and the Lightweight Crane 120, dynamic and precise camera movements were achieved, offering unique perspectives of the race action and alpine scenery.<\/p>\n
