UEFA Women’s EURO 2025

Exactly one week ago, over 34,000 enthusiastic football fans celebrated the kickoff of the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025. At St. Jakob-Park in Basel, a captivating show full of goosebump moments unfolded. Under the motto “The Summit of Emotions,” the opening ceremony not only paid tribute to Switzerland’s breathtaking mountain landscapes, but also to the rise and strength of women’s football.

Norwegian pop star Astrid S opened the event with the Norwegian national anthem, followed by Beatrice Egli, who delivered the Swiss anthem with deep emotion and heartfelt passion—creating a truly electrifying atmosphere in the stadium. In the midst of these unforgettable moments, our 4SKY camera system was in action. For this magical football evening, RemoteCamSystems delivered stunning visuals with the state-of-the-art 4SKY system. Suspended on winches, our camera glided through the air to capture elegant, dynamic angles that perfectly complemented the emotional choreography of the ceremony as well as the game itself.

💖 Even though the Swiss national team didn’t have the perfect start on the pitch, the evening was a true celebration of women’s football, unity, and emotion.
