CABLECAM HIGHSPEED: THE FAST ROPE CAMERA
Higher, faster and further: Our technical capabilities also have to adapt to the demands of today’s world. After several months of development, we were therefore able to present a new product at the start of 2016: the HighSpeed version of our Cablecam!
The HighSpeed Cablecam is a further development of the studio version of our cable camera and is characterized above all by a faster drive. This rope camera can reach maximum speeds of 70 km/h.
Cablecam for live broadcasting and fast sports
The high-speed rope camera plays to its strengths at sporting events and for live broadcasting. Since the introduction of the system, the Cablecam has been used, for example, at ski jumping, athletics competitions or boardercross events. The fast camera movements ensure that the viewer does not miss any highlight!
With the HighSpeed -Cablecam you enjoy all the advantages of the studio version, including long battery runtimes, a gyro-stabilized camera mount with 360° freedom of movement and programmable approach points along the entire length of the rope. Two experienced technicians ensure smooth operation, expert control and high-quality recordings during live broadcasts.

The rental package of our HighSpeed Cablecam includes a comprehensive security and service package. The HighSpeed system moves on a special rope and is additionally stabilized by a safety rope. On-site installation is handled by our on-site team and can be completed within a few hours. For the attachment of the ropes we use existing building structures, trees or our own towers, which can reach a height of more than 10 meters. The entire system has certification for use over audiences (DGUV regulation 17/18, formerly BGV C1)
