Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships 2026

From August 12 to 16, Festhalle Frankfurt became the stage for the world’s best rhythmic gymnasts. At the 2026 World Championships, precision, dynamics and expression came together in demanding routines with hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon.

For the live production in Frankfurt, three of our camera systems were in action. With different ranges of movement and perspectives, they helped capture the dynamics of the competition from a variety of angles.

Our Railcam moved alongside the competition floor, enabling smooth tracking shots parallel to the action. The camera crane complemented these perspectives with sweeping, fluid movements – from closer shots of the performances to wide views of the competition floor and the overall arena.

A special perspective came from the Remote Head mounted to the arena ceiling. From above, it captured choreographies, formations and movement patterns from an angle that would not be possible from ground level.

In a sport defined by dynamics, precision and movement, different camera perspectives play an important role. Railcam, camera crane and Remote Head complemented each other to create a versatile setup for the live production of the 2026 World Championships.
